Do you remember when you started a

new project? Did you start with a burst of enthusiasm and motivation only to find it dwindle after a few weeks.......

Why did this happen....it's because Motivation is fleeting, it's like the ocean, it's high tide, then it's low tide.

So how do we move forward maintaining our motivation.....by being Consistent. The Power of Consistency

Consistency is what keeps you going when motivation fades. It’s about showing up, even when you don’t feel like it. Small, repeated actions create habits—and habits create results.

Here are some examples -

  • Motivation gets you to start at the gym. Consistency is what makes the gym a consistent habit and lifestyle.

  • Motivation inspires you to begin meditation. Consistency is allocating time each day to continue this practice.

  • Motivation sparks an idea that creates excitement. Consistency is the action steps that turns this idea into a reality.

How to Stay Consistent

  • Create a daily routine – Set non-negotiable habits in your schedule.

  • Start small with small steps each day – Focus on progress, not perfection.

  • Hold yourself accountable – Track your actions, not just your intentions.

  • Trust the process – Rome wasn't built in a day, results take time, continue being

consistent each day and your actions will pay off. You may also like to read - I can is.....
