This includes regular movement—whether it’s strength training, yoga, walking, or dancing—along with eating nutritious foods that fuel your body and drinking enough purified water to stay hydrated. Prioritising quality sleep is also essential, as rest allows the body to recharge and function optimally. When we take care of our physical well-being, we enhance our energy levels, boost our immune system, and improve our overall sense of vitality.
