There is Freedom in Letting Go of Control

Many of us become very good at managing lives, so much so it's like living on AUTOMATIC PILOT.
We plan, organise, prepare and make things happen. And while this can be a wonderful strength, sometimes we can become so accustomed to being in control that we forget that not everything in life is ours to manage.
We can’t control how other people behave, what they think of us, unexpected changes, or exactly how something will turn out.
And yet, how much energy do we sometimes spend trying?
Letting go of control doesn’t mean giving up or becoming passive. It means recognising the difference between what is ours to influence and what is ours to release.
We can make thoughtful choices.
We can prepare.
We can communicate honestly.
We can do our best.
And then, sometimes, we have to let life meet us halfway.
There is something incredibly freeing about reaching the point where you can say:
“I’ve done what I can. Now I’m going to trust that everything will work our for me and this situation.”
Trust yourself to handle whatever comes next.
Trust that not every unanswered question needs an immediate answer.
And trust that sometimes life can unfold differently — and perhaps even better — than the way you had planned.
When we let go, we create space for Peace and Possibilities.
Space to simply enjoy where you are, without constantly trying to manage everything.
Do your best. Trust yourself. Release the rest. By clicking here you can download - Reclaiming Your inner Calm - EBook
