  4. Support We can thrive on human interactions you don't need to go through these challenges on your own. Speak to a friend, a coach, or a trusted guide. Sharing lightens the load and reminds you of the love that surrounds you.


  5. Visualise Close your eyes and see yourself stronger, healthier, happier, more radiant.
